A Healthy body equals to a health mind. Taking a walk comes with health benefits such as; strengthening muscles, support joints, improve sleep, lose weight, lower blood pressure, brings up the heart rate and many more.
After a few months of being locked in one place because of lockdown, Touching Acts children had enjoyed a walk around the street as part of their health and fitness routine.
Exhaling the fears of the pandemic, with an excitement to see the outside world, children had toured the street and came back to their boarding home.
It was a fun walk and they were so happy to feel the outside atmosphere.
